Big Wing has established a person who is responsible for protecting personal information so that such information is appropriately handled and safely managed.

Acquisition of personal information

Big Wing acquires personal information within the scope necessary to engage in its business activities and through legal and fair means.

Purpose of using personal information

Big Wing uses the personal information it has acquired within the scope necessary for the business activities described below, and does not use such information for purposes other than those described. Changes to the purpose of use will only be made within a scope that is reasonably determined to be equivalent to the purpose of use before the change. In the event of such a change, the purpose of use after the change will be communicated to customers or made public.
The purposes of use for information handled by Big Wing are as follows:

• Purposes of use for personal information acquired from customers directly in writing
  • Acquisition of personal information used to conduct campaigns and surveys
    • Personal information will be used to introduce products and services offered by the company.
    • Personal information will be used for market research, customer analysis, and similar purposes.
  • Acquisition of personal information related to product sales, etc.
    • Personal information will be used to execute the mailing and delivery of goods ordered by the customer, as well as for associated incidental services.
    • Personal information will be used to introduce products and services offered by the company.
• Purposes of use for personal information acquired from customers directly via a means other than writing or for personal information acquired from customers indirectly
  • Acquisition of personal information from the receipt of inquiries
    • Personal information will be used to introduce products and services offered by the company.
    • Personal information will be used to improve Big Wing’s sales activities based on the opinions and requests of customers, as well as points with which customers are dissatisfied.

Provision of personal data to third parties

Big Wing will not provide personal data to third parties without the customer’s consent. However, the following exceptions apply:

• Cases where such provision is authorized under the law
• Cases where such provision is to a third party within the scope necessary for the third party to execute the company business activities with which it has been entrusted
• Cases where the party receiving the information is directed within a scope that is necessary and appropriate for sufficient management
  Cases where usage is shared between Big Wing and one of our group companies (see “5. Shared usage with group companies”)

Shared usage with group companies

Big Wing and its group companies (see the following list) might share usage of personal information related to customers between the different companies described below for the purpose of providing guidance to customers regarding the relevant goods and services and for sales-promotion purposes.
Information that is subject to this shared usage is as follows: names, addresses, phone numbers (including mobile and fax numbers), email addresses, names of companies, names of organizations, names of divisions, names of positions, locations of places of employment, other information related to means of communication, genders, dates of birth, transaction histories, survey information, and other information.
Although Big Wing is responsible for managing the relevant personal information from customers, group companies are required to strictly manage personal information at the same standard as that required at Big Wing.

Big Wing strives to accurately retain up-to-date personal information within the scope required to satisfy the purpose of use for the information.
Big Wing takes such measures as are necessary and appropriate to safely manage personal information, such as measures to prevent leakage or loss of the information or damage caused by the information.
